I have long hair I wear layered, and I had the bottom layers dyed darker while highlighting the rest. Jenny gave me an excellent cut, point cutting my layers and thinning exactly as I requested. I had a little more trouble with color. The darker color came out onto my face in a triangular pattern just above my ears, which I returned to have touched up. At the touch up she applied the color directly to my face, which irritated my skin terribly. I told her as soon as I was aware of the discomfort and she attempted to remedy the situation, however the damage was done and twelve hours later I still have red, itchy welts. She said the irritation was a result of the volume of the hair color she was using. I genuinely believe that Jenny is just young and perhaps a little inexperienced. I love the cut and I would certainly use her for less complicated color procedures and trendy hair cuts.
