We called Robert the day we had the leak from a heavy storm following calling our insurance company. He was extremely helpful and was more concerned with our issue than with who the insurance carrier was! He was able to come to the house that day and made immediate progress toward limiting the damage the water was doing. He listened and was understanding to our situation as far as needing the damaged space for family to live in. Robert and his crew started work the very next day and completed it within the week with minimal impact to our family. He was not able to provide an immediate estimate, however he gave us a ball park figure and was very close to that figure at the end. We did have some hidden damage from the water but he was able to work it into the original ball park price. We were very happy with his consideration of our situation, quality of work and timing of work. We feel that he really cared about us and our property which is a rare quality these days! We have had him back for several several small jobs since then because of our experience and have been equally satisfied! He treated the small issues the same as the large on we had. His knowledge and caring are refreshing.
