Quioccasin Veterinary Hospital is a well-established, full-service, small animal veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care. Our facility includes a well-stocked pharmacy, in-hospital laboratory, surgery suite, digital radiology, dentistry, ultrasound, endoscopy, a closely supervised hospitalization area, and an indoor boarding facility with outdoor fenced walking areas. Should your pet require any advance diagnostic procedures we work closely with local specialty referral centers. The doctors and staff understand the special role your pet plays in your family and are dedicated to becoming your partner in your pet?s health care. Our goal is to practice the highest quality medicine with compassionate care and an emphasis on client education. They did a lot of stuff. They're a little pricey. They're pretty communitive, you don't have to wait too long for a Doctor. I've been using them for about 12 years.

They are an "A" all of the way. The price I'm not really happy with, but it's for the dogs. We have two Westies and a Cairn Terrier. They are all wonderful. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I think it was great, we’ve had him out there for his physical and they seem to be very caring and they don’t make you wait. They have nice exams rooms and they don’t make you wait. I did have to leave him once and I was concerned but they seemed to be very caring and I had to go back in for something and the girl was walking around filing and holding him. It takes you feel good to know that they are taking care of him.

Dr. Mortimer is the best. He is professional, compassionate, and very knowledgable. His staff is also wonderful, and the facilities are immaculate. We would never consider having anyone else take care of our cats.

the folks who work at this hospital are excellent! i rescued a tiny feral kitten that had been hit by a car. Since this was the vet we take our dog too i brought the kitten immediately to this hospital. they took the kitten right away and began caring for it. Today the kitty is healing nicely and I was able to find a friend who will adopt it upon release.

We've been taking our pets to Dr. Mortimer for about 12 years now. He along with the rest of his staff are outstanding. The place is clean, the people are friendly, and we've always had a good experience there. They've provided many different services for us, including routine checkups, surgery, and just taking care of our sick pets from time to time. We live in south side and drive to the west end to go there because we haven't found anyone we like better.

Love, love, love this practice. All of the doctors are caring and compassionate. Prices for maintenance medications are comparable to online sites that claim to be cheaper to your vet office.

They are excellent in their services, and are quite caring. They are actually 30 miles away, so I drive 30 miles specifically for them versus going to the ones that I get within the two-mile radius mainly because of their services and the type of people they are. They are really good. They are reasonable in everything. I've used them for dogs, cats and squirrels that I catch and various other things.

Animal Boarding Kennels
Naturally, I thought the price was high, but I knew it would be. The medicine that my dog requires has to be administered, it cannot be given in a pill form. One of the medications has to be administered to her eye. It takes someone who really knows what they are doing. My general overall impression is that they care about the pets and that they treat them like their own. The price included the boarding and some medication that I purchased to take home and use.
