Of course, it is much harder to smooth crack patching once it has been painted, so they were not exactly working with a blank slate. Still, I was amazed at what a great job they pulled off! Somehow, sanding was completed, and painting was done without leaving any grit or dust on the floor. This took some extra careful effort on the part of the painters, but they were very agreeable to removing shoes and taking extra care with their drop cloths. We could not have received better service. Precisely Painted is two women who are meticulous and very professional on the job. If you are a single woman or even a wife who will be home during the time your work will be done, you can feel extra comfortable hiring this company to come into your house to work while you are there.
