My experience would be only standard maintenance. The work takes 30 or 60 minutes to get done. I would use them again in the future.

Our cars are relatively new. I purchased my car from Pearson Mazda. They're very professional, price is the only thing I would probably go lower. They're pretty responsive. It was a warranty, so there was no cost. Oil changes and stuff is between $60 and $80. Of course, that includes other things like tire rotation and all, but it's just more than I am used to. Fortunately, they give discount coupons and stuff like that, bringing it more into reasonable price. So, with the coupons, it's quite fine. The price would be 'A' with the coupon, but 'B' without it.

The service was very good. The workers were very nice. They took me right on time for my appointment. I would tell a friend that they are reasonable to go to for auto services.

We've been using Pearson Mazda to service our car since we first bought it. Over the past couple of years, the customer rep. keeps recommending additional services be done when we bring it in for regular oil changes. We took their word for it and went with the recommendations. This week, the rep recommended that we change the air filters and align the wheels, when in fact the filters were just changed in January, and wheels were aligned less than a year ago. On further research, it appears that the wheels need aligning only every 20-30 thousand miles, and our car had just hit 30,000, so why do we need two wheel alignments in less than a year, and filters changed every 3 months? They also and quot;accidentallyand quot; miscalculated the total and only when I went line-by-line did I catch on to the additional charges that weren't quoted to me beforehand. Overall, they give the impression that they're taking advantage of customers' ignorance and/or lack of detail to slap on unnecessary charges.

They were good. It was a positive experience. The salesman that we worked with, James, was professional. He didn't have any pressure tactics, he just provided the facts which I appreciated.

I purchased my car from this dealer in 2007, and used them exclusively since purchase. The work was initially good, and the shop seemed to be on top of any issues I had. I didn't stop using them for any particular reason, but it just seemed that I was starting to pay more for less. The service and the reservation staff seemed a little unprofessional, and I began shopping for a new service center. I found out I had been paying a bit more for my service than I needed - so I switched.
These guys aren't bad neccesarily - but there are better options out there.

It is a Mazda dealership. I like that they do a good job. I have gone there for other things that weren't free and I think that they maybe a little more expensive. I purchased my car from them and own the car since July 2010, so I had service done by them for over a year.

We did not spend anything because it was just a service visit. We have been going to them for probably 2 years. They are generally really easy to get service appointments scheduled and they do a good job of explaining what is going on. As far as cost we think they are average with pretty much everyone else.

Our car is still under warranty so we haven't had to pay for anything.

It took a while to figure out the problem, but they did a good job. We haven't had any issues with the job since. They did good work.

This is the dealership where I bought the vehicle, a Mazda B3000 pickup truck. My wife earlier bought a Mazda 5 crossover from the same dealer. Both experiences were positive. We both have our vehicles serviced at Pearson, and the experience is invariably positive. This was just a sampler. I called yesterday for an appointment and was given one at 9 a.m. today. I pulled into the sparkling-clean service area at 8:50, and when I approached the counter, a smiling customer-service rep greeted me by name and had my paperwork ready to sign. He said it might be 45 minutes, and said there was coffee in the waiting room. Twenty-five minutes later, a technician entered the waiting room and called me by name, then chatted about the pickup while the customer-service rep finalized the bill and escorted me to the cashier's area. Everyone I encountered embodied friendliness. The bill was clear and easy to read. This is the way business ought to be done.
