Metro General Services, LLC

My experience with Metro General Services has been great. I have had a contract for quarterly visits to clean my gutters and check on my roof for over a year now. They let me know when they are scheduled to come, and they come when they say they will. The work they do has been highly satisfactory. In addition to the gutters, I have had them wash my siding, do some minor roof repairs and re-glaze a picture window. I believe the pricing is reasonable.

During cleaning recommended I add an additional downspout on one of the section to have better drainage.

They cleaned out the gutters of my two story home, they were on time, told me what they were going to do and how long it would take. The fee was a little higher only because I hadn't had my gutters cleaned out in two years, I had grass growing out of them. He volunteered the information that if I have them come out 2-3 times of a years my fee would be lower and they would get me some information to me in the mail.

Reviewed service options on their website, called their cell to confirm schedule, paid via PayPal, and they installed the Permaboot covers the same day!! Could have bought the Permaboot at Lowes for $20+ each but roof pitch was too steep for me to feel comfortable.

They were on time, they got everything done in an appropriate and timely manner. They also accessed some things in my kitchen and gave me a good professional opinion for future work to be done. They will also provide a service contract for future gutter cleanings.

I've used Two Handymen twice to clean my gutters. This time I took advantage of a discounted rate for gutter cleaning. John showed up within the time frame and went right to work. Cleaned everything up - no mess left behind. He does say to leave a check under the door mat if you aren't going to be around - which I did the first time with reservations. The second time I was home and able to talk to him. Nice guy. Not chatty, but answers questions completely and intelligently. No evasiveness is his answers. Gave me sound advice about some roofing issues I wasn't aware of, and recommendations regarding gutter maintenance for my home.

They never contacted me.

Called John and spoke to him about gutter cleaning. He gave me a cost and said he could come out the next day. He could not give me a time range for the service so I had to just leave a check for him. I would have preferred to be there to meet him and oversee the work. Work was performed as advertised and completely cleaned up.
