"Unfortunately this client was not very reasonable. We tried to go back and fix her concerns, (which were VERY unrealistic). All she wanted was a free cleaning. She has given us F's on every catergory yet we were professional, on time & very resposive"
Given that the price charged for this service sits around the middle of the range that I've seen, these misses are just totally unacceptable.
"Mr [Member Name Removed] gave us excellent ratings when we did a follow up calls (those calls were done randomly by the corporate office. His service was preformed in October but no rating till February....this seems odd."
The first time cleaning is usually more and then they will give you an estimate appropriate for your home. They tend to be on the higher end cost-wise, but the quality and consistency of their work is excellent. They are also very thorough.
They have a very stable staff and they send 2 people at a time. Their teams rotate and they have a really good training program. They are also bonded and insured. I have also used them as a one-time deep cleaning. They do really good work and they leave your house smelling really fresh.
They bring their own equipment and cleaning products. They offer free at home estimates.
