MATTRESS KING

After 8 months (October 2008) there were noticeable sags in various places on the mattress. In our first contact to resolve on 10/27, salesman Bob Enlsworth told us that an independent contractor would come to our house to determine if we had a claim. On 11/11 independent contractor came and said the store would let us know of outcome. The determination was that the Mattress was faulty and we awaited delivery.We called several times asking about delivery and we were told we had to pay $75.00 for delivery. Tried to contact the store owner Neil Gualiti on 12/1, 12/3, 12/9 requesting that the fee be waived due to the fact that I weigh 120 lbs. and the mattress was 8 months old. Was told by Mr. Gualiti that this was up to Simmons not his store. On 12/14 he called back and said that he spoke to Simmons and that they declined to pay for the delivery. Our call to Simmons resulted in them saying that the store was responsible for the delivery charge. The mattress as delivered 12/31. We were charged $37.50 which we feel is out of line for a replaced mattress. This should have been negotiated between Mattress King and Simmons. We purchased the mattress in good faith
