Master Clean

We have used this company in the past; however , this most recent experience is rated low. We had to call them back to re-do the steps but on the second trip the steps still were not cleaned to our satisfaction. Actually I could have cleaned the steps better by hand but thought using equipment would be better. Actually the steps now have a 1/2 side cleaned look while the other side still looks dirty.: We will not be using these services anymore. Concerned if the water /equipment used from the truck was even even clean or sanitized for next service appointment which was ours. Rep may need further training before going back in the field to provide service . Going back to other service provider next time.

Do not use this company for the powerwash. First, they do not honor their coupon, upon arrival they immediately said the work would be higher. Second, they use bleach and destroyed plants and damaged a tree around the perimeter of the house. Third, they were not careful enough when spraying near the back door. They kept the pressure high and water seeped in and left bleach spots on the carpet. They do not honor their claim of 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. We have been trying for two weeks to speak with a manager about the issues and they can't be bothered to call back.

In short, terrible. The cost was for for the Air Duct cleaning was several times what their flyer said. They only charged $75 (as advertised) for the "Air Duct Cleaning", but added $160 because the I have an "Air Return" (which ALL central AC units have to have) and added $300 because I have one system for upstairs and another system for downstairs. Talk about overcharging!! They didn't move ANYTHING, not even a pair of shoes, when they "cleaned" the carpet. It took 2 days for one of the carpet in one of the rooms to dry and they missed a grease stain (which took me 1 minute to clean using Spot Shot) in another room. The power washing looked good initially, but 6 weeks later I see some places that look like they didn't clean very well.

I found them in a coupon book and had a coupon for 5 rooms. Were prepping my parents house for quick sale and only needed a quick steam and deodorizing done on 6 rooms (so willing to pay a little extra). When the cleaner arrived he spent 20 minutes trying to upswell me (wanted $250 to clear up some small pet stains, another $99 for “medical sanitation, on and on). What was to be a quick $100 steam clean he ended up trying to sell me into over $300 of extras or said it would not be a good job done. I kept saying just steam clean and he finally agreed. He did a 35 minute job, never went over any one spot twice, and said he was finished. I pulled out a credit card and he said they would add 5%, he wanted cash or check. The pushy upsell, the obvious minimum amount of time and effort, then wanting cash made The Whole thing feel sleazy. What he did not know was that if he had done a good job, we had two full three bedroom homes we were considering having him do if he had done a good job for a reasonable price. Would never use or recommend this company to anyone.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They pull people in with their $79.99 coupon for 5 rooms to get your carpets cleaned but will end up charging 3x the price. We ended up paying $220.00 for 3 rooms and the stairs. Total ripoff!! They just provide excuse after excuse of why they charge more than what they advertise the service for. This is false advertisement!! A shady company like this taking advantage of people should be shut down. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I wouldn't recommend these crooks to anyone!

I used them two years ago and they cleaned all of the vents. I would not use them again because we had a repeated situation with them where we tried to contact them. We had a five year warranty on the cleaning and someone came out and thought they saw mold and come to find out we didn't have mold. It was difficult to get an appointment scheduled with them. The guy did not show up the first day and we called and he stated that he ran out of cleaner and someone stole his clothes so he wasn't able to come out. We scheduled an appointment for the next day and he stated that since I did not answer the phone he stated that he wasn't coming. We called him back and we had to play catch up with trying to get the appointment scheduled. The experience the first time around was great but I will choose someone else next time.

I didn't use this service. I will not call them again.

Beware of coupons. The $34.99 duct cleaning special advertised doesn't include anything. By the time he was through adding on the "extras" it was a $400 job. Luckily, I did not let him start. He was on time andvery polite, but Yikes! Bait and switch!

They arrived on time. I used a Val-pac coupon. I didn't realize the coupon was for steam only and no chemicals so they charged extra for cleaning so there was a little misunderstanding there. I ended up paying about double what I thought I was going to pay. Once we got that straight, they cleaned the two pieces and they looked fine. They were okay. They were not particularly outstanding but they got the job done. I would probably try somebody else the next time.

Upon calling the company, they said they would be here at one time but arrived 2 hours later. But wait...it gets better. Two technicians came into my house and I showed them the coupon for $60. They quickly said that it would be more becuase they had to do the returns. (I have three) Each return apparently costs a different amount. I have a 2750 sq ft house so it is not large by any means and only one story. When I asked how much it would be to do the returns, they game me prices of $90 for one, $25 for another and $40 for the third. Odd... At that point, they said they would have to spray some checmical into my air duct system to clean it also and that was extra. I then showed them my duct work under the house assuming they would access it to clean since the price was now in the hundreds of dollars. It just 20 minutes, they had finished everything. How is that possible with 26 air ducts and three returns? Not to mention they had to drag a filthy dirty vacuum hose thru my house with no respect to my furniture and oriental rugs. Did I forget to mention that the chemical they sprayed was nothing more than some over the counter spray cleaner you could get at Wal-Mart?
Here comes the best part...When finished, I offered to give them a check but they said that would be more. So I then offered to use a credit/debit card but that would be more also. So this turned out to be a cash only deal or "you have to pay more"
If you use this company, you MUST be crazy. I am pretty sure after this experience that I Must have been to even let them in my home.

They did a good job. They were supposed to stretch my rug too but they haven't done it yet.

It was quite a good experience. They were on time. They were courteous and responsive to what I needed. They are very fair priced. They do advertised coupons in the mail.
