Manny's Remodeling Contractor is a local company. He was very upfront with times and was willing to work around my schedule. He came out and he had two guys who did the work. They were very decent. The only thing that I didn't like was that I know they smoked and they didn't smoke inside, but there was cigarette buts outside which they said they would clean and they did clean them up but not all of them and I am not a smoker and that really kind of frustrated me. But in the big picture, they came in and did what they were supposed to do and did a good job. He was always good about time, I wanted to get it done as soon as I could and he was willing to work over the weekends to get it done as soon as possible.
