Dr. Habib genuinely cares and feels for the animals she treats. She diagnosed him and made him feel feel better the day he started his treatment with the prescribed medication. She even called after hours just to see how he was doing. Since this is an autoimmune disorder that might have symptoms return at any time, Dr. Habib is working with us on long term solutions with his overall well-being in mind. We really appreciate all she has done for our dog.

They have been awesome. Their practice is compassionate, understanding, and extremely competent. They have been very good to the dogs and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Lynch is a wonderful, caring vet. One of our dogs is large, the size of a bloodhound. She came in to see what was going on and got down on his level, at which point he put his head on her shoulder and gave her a few doggie kisses. She has only seen him no more then 3-4 times and he does have a few anxiety issues but was completely relaxed with her.

Simply the best and most caring vets in Richmond. My family has used Dr.Joe since he first opened 40 years ago. I've NEVER met anyone who hasn't had glowing reviews of this place!!!

Pros: Good vets, affordable price, some friendly staff, yes, only some!
Cons: There are some front desk staff that are really mean. I think they are new but the story was....we called Taylor Locke front desk to ask if the vet  could write a prescription so we can get the dog's meds dispensed at a human pharmacy. The lady there got mad at us, told us that they already filled it and we couldn't return it to stock. We had to explain to her that since the medicine hasn't left the pharmacy, we did not even touch it, we could legally return it. She hung up on us. This is a really bad customer service and I hope whoever owns Taylor Locke vet should look at their front desk staff and train them properly. Too bad it was over the phone and I did not get the name of the person but I am really upset.

I went a couple of times. It was fine I feel they kind of found out what was up with her. They honestly try to fit people in.

Dr. Lynch was AMAZING!!!! She made sure that she read through a lll of the information provided by my vet in Illinois. BEFORE she even came into the room to meet my pets! She was able to come to the exam room with a complete history. It was refreshing not to have to explain the health issues of my elderly cat. She was as happy to meet my dog and cat as she was to meet me. What a relief to find a veterinarian with such caring and knowledge! Dr. Lynch even gave my puppy treats to distract him while he was getting his shots! I am absolutely thrilled to have met her and will continue at the vet practice for as long as we live in the Richmond area!

Dr. Lynch at Taylor Locke has been an excellent vet for my 3 cats. All 3 are older. 1 has diabetes, 1 has chronic mouth/throat inflammation. Dr. Lynch knows how to treat them, and doesn't charge an office visit when they come in for a pre-existing condition. The wait time can be a bit long if you have an appointment at the end of the day. The walk-in hours from 6-8pm on Mondays and Wednesdays are convenient if incredibly hectic and crowded. They do a good job and don't gouge for it. Last visit my cat got steroids, an antibiotic shot, and all of the annual vaccinations for $70.

Been seeing Dr Taylor and Dr Owens for more than 20 years. THE ONLY DOCTORS WE TRUST FOR OUR PETS!

Excellent! They work with you in providing the best treatment for your pets (mine include 2 cats and 1 dog).

They are very nice here. I like them. They accept my Care credit card to take care of my pet's needs. They're very good, and treat my pet with care. They are professional, and the office is clean. They do have animals running around and sometimes it's odd. I travel a distance to see them but it's worth it!

I like that he has walk in hours and he is very professional. I trust him.

They are very thorough. They question you how to care for your pet. They take their time with you to go over different types of things about my pet. They cover everything needed. They do not try to sell anything as well.

They were great.

He's an adequate doctor...most of the time I see the staff instead of Dr Taylor. I've had to wait from time to time in the waiting room.
