Description of Work: I hired this company to perform some updates to an older home I had just purchased. They were very professional and polite at all times. The problem however was poor communication between office and crew and the office and me even though I sent weekly updates to them. They tried to complete electrical and plumbing work using non-licensed people only to have licensed plumbers and electricians follow behind to fix their mistakes. The job therefore took lots longer than it should have. The contractor tried to cut corners by purchasing materials I wanted from a cheaper vendor only to have the wrong materials sent and installed. They did try their best to satisfy us but it came at a great inconvenience and amount of stress to me and my family. We were in a mess for three months. This company should stick to its original area of expertise which is roofing, and not use us consumers as "test dummies". The only reason I did not give them an F overall is that they did their best to make us satisfied. They were just poor at communicating, did not have enough qualified staff and tried to cut corners at our expense.

Description of Work: The provider performed a air pressure test for my home that I purchased.

Description of Work: I had them replace some shingles on my home in the past. They also corrected a problem around my chimney.
