Fireplace Service
I have been a customer for 6 years. Last week, I placed a call to the owner (since he is a 1 man team) to come check out my fireplace because the pilot light went out soon after it was serviced. He returned my call today (after the Thanksgiving holiday) and his response was that he wasn't accepting any appointments until after January. He was matter of fact about it and didn't have much empathy giving this is my only heat source if I lose power. Meaning I would have to wait at least 6 weeks to have my fireplace fixed. This is after I paid him $130 for the service, less than 2 weeks ago. Is this what you call customer service? I'm assuming he doesn't need any new clients and doesn't care much about his existing ones. Now I have to pay someone else to come and evaluate the issue. I would not recommend him to anyone.
