It was a good job.

They did a very nice job, they were fine. They were prompt, they were careful with the furniture, they don't soak the carpet, it's a dry cleaning method and we liked it very much. There were no problems and they were punctual.

When I called for service, the call was answered by Darren Kinsey. We arranged a service date approximately a week away. He and his helper arrived at the time promised. They were efficient and professional. Spots were treated and removed, and the carpet looks fresh and clean (no small feat, since it is approaching 10 years old!). They also cleaned an area rug in my dining area that I thought was too far gone, but it turned out very nice also. He tested it before cleaning to see whether he thought he would be successful. All in all, a great job, and I would not hesitate to call them again.

I was surprised of the work that was performed. They did a great job and I was satisfied with the job they did. We set up an appointment and they showed up on time and I showed them what I wanted done. They did the work without any problems. I have used their services before as well. I can t remember what they charged for this.

They did a great job on getting the carpets clean and the people that came out were very friendly and professional. I like that they are able to work around my schedule and make an appointment without very much notice.
