Beside listing defects, I will describe conditions I see and provide tips for regular maintenance and long term improvements. Kevin was thorough and professional, and we were completely satisfied and impressed with his work. We are getting ready to do major home renovation and we wanted a home inspector to look at our place and give us an idea of what we absolutely need to do before we sell and what would be nice to do on top of that. Kevin took photographs and before he left he sat down with us and went over every aspect of the home that he photographed. We'd definitely recommend him and would hire him again!

Wonderful. Kevin was professional, courteous, thorough and informative. He explained everything in very simple terms and completed the work fairly quickly. He is also very personable and easy to deal with. His report came back very quickly and mirrored what he told me verbally at the inspection site. His pricing is very competitive and his services top notch. I highly recommend him.
