VCR Repair
The worker that does the repair work for VCRs has retired, but they were able to help me out over the phone.

VCR Repair
6 year old Dual Deck VCR would not eject tape from left side. Also, since I had owned it, the left side would record with video noise showing along the bottom of the screen. Not good. I had bought a 5-year extended warranty from MACK Camera & Video Service, Springfield, NJ. Sent it back to them twice, and they still didn't get the left deck to record without the video noise. Gave up. (Right deck was fine.) When the left deck began to not eject tape, I took it to KO Video. Their VCR specialist, Mark Kingery, repaired the eject problem with the left deck, and to my joy, also the record problem. From now on I'm not buying an extended warranty from MACK Camera & Video Service.
