It was terrible. I had to sue them to get my deposit back and they still wouldn't pay it. They didn't stick up for their customer. They are spineless. They didn't show up when I took them to court and they didn't pay the judgment. He did always call me back so he was responsive. I would never use them.

He has done a bunch of things for us. He is a friend from our church, too. My son needed to be in a particular district to be in a certain school and he offered a discounted rent rate for a bit while we were able to settle in somewhere more permanently. He then found us a home in the right area to rent. He's a great guy. He's honest and works hard. When he went on vacation he made sure we were set up to work with someone else during that time. He never made us wait, he called us with any important information and worked really hard for us. He was very responsive and listened very carefully to what we wanted and then tried to find it for us. We were delighted all the way around, it was an excellent experience.
