I called several small engine repair shops in the area and they were all booked and about 4 weeks out. I was taken care of the day after I called Joe. He was very knowledgeable an efficient while still taking plenty of time to explain the problem and how to prevent it in the future. I have had bad experiences in small repair shops in the past and the professionalism and respect I was shown here really made my day! The price is very reasonable and service is on the spot. I am so pleased to have a "guy" now who will take care of things if my yard equipment has problems.
