"[member name removed], I just read your Angie’s List review of our company and immediately searched my inbox for your message. I found it and, as you say, I did not respond to it. Please accept my deepest apologies for that. I am not in the habit of ignoring questions from our valued customers. We get very busy in the spring and I obviously overlooked your message. Our technician did, in fact, turn on the water, inspect every zone, and program the controller for the current weather conditions. The leak in the crawl space was a slight drip at the blow out fitting and the technician resealed that for you. He certainly should have come to the door when he was finished to let you know that the work was complete and I apologize if he did not. We have been servicing the irrigation system at your home since 2008 and I hope you will give us another chance to show that this is not our normal customer service experience.
