First took it to the "geeks" at a local store. They said laptop could not be fixed. I then took it to Brian at IT & SALES SOLUTIONS. He called me shortly after and gave me a review of the damage and cost estimate. He had the laptop fixed and returned the same day at a very reasonable price. My inexpensive old HP laptop is working better than ever. I am writing review on the repaired laptop.

Within a few hours I received a phone call with my computer fully functional, fully optimized, and running faster than it ever has before.
