"Ms. [Members Name] hired us to repair her leaking jet last August. The repair was made and tested before concreting back over the area. She contacted us late October letting us know she felt her repair was leaking and wanted us to wait to fix it in the spring. We told Ms. [Members Name] her repair had a 30 day warranty but would make this repair as a good faith gesture as long as we could do it in the off season. She made it very clear she did not want this done in the winter because her pool was already winterized and we were not to on her property until spring. We explained to her we would re-winterize her pool after the repair for no cost but that the spring is our peak season and could not do it this time of year. When she called this May (our busiest month of the year) she demanded this repair be made now. We recapped on our previous conversation we had in the fall and told her early June would be our next availability which prompted this negative review. We are not interested in giving Ms. [Members Name] a refund because everything was done exactly how she requested in regards to the repair and the 30 day plumbing warranty had ended. To my knowledge, nobody has actually determined our repair is leaking. She could be loosing water from another area altogether."

"To clarify this situation, this customer hired us for our "Basic Pool Opening" which is not our "Green to Clean" package. What we do for our opening is clearly spelled out with pricing on our website. The service tech that can out has over 20 years of experience and opened your pool on a Sunday as a favor to me because I was at the hospital having my first child. I'm sorry I wan't able to make it myself but I you were an understanding person. After a 2 minute conversation with your husband (in the hospital room) I decided since the service didn't meet your expectations, it would be on us. No arguing or haggling was involved just a simple "its on us." This was not an ideal or standard opening but an attempt to uphold my obligation."
