I built this house 16 years ago, so it is beginning with a few problems.  The Hudson family (father for appointment setting

and sons doing the work) are totally professional.  They easily diagnosed the problems and fixed them and cleaned up after.

They are very personable and their work is high quality. I highly recommend them and would certainly call upon for any

future needs (which I pray are a long time in coming!)

The experience was good. They are a little pricey I think, but I don't know what the going rate is for plumbers. I might use them again, unless I discovered someone else who could do it for less.

Bobby cares very much about his customers. He told us what we needed to get, and called before he came. He works closely with his son. He suggested water-saving ways and always cleans up. Perhaps most important, he has been working with people who lost heat/had pipes that burst. He was very concerned about them, and we were glad to wait for our appointment until these people were served. Highly recommend.

I would rather he had provided the equipment, flapper, ball cock assembly, water handle. I had to go to the store twice on the day he came. Also, I had to buy two identical flappers from two separate stores. One had a plug in the bottom. One flapper will double flush, the other with the plug, does not flush.

Hudson Plumbing & Heating did an excellent job on all the tasks that I had them complete. I wanted them to do everything while they were here. They do an efficient and professional job. The workers are always friendly. I will continue to use their services in the future.
