HQ Home Inspections Inc. was absolutely great & on time. When I called Mr. Kenneth Logan on Thursday evening, he answered the call right away, no waiting. I told him what I needed & he explained to me what he would do, he came over the next morning & did a complete inspection. Mr. Kenneth took pictures of everything, he was very thorough in his work. When he completed the job, he gave me a complete review of everything he found with descriptions following each snapshot. He was very professional, totally honest, and definitely about his business. His final report was delivered just as he stated & his rates were affordable. This was definitely a High Quality evaluation completed in a timely manner with excellent customer service. I Highly recommend Mr. Kenneth Logan for a full absolute Top of the Line Quality Inspection experience.

The inspection went great. Kenny arrived early and started on the exterior of the property while waiting for me. I was impressed with how thorough he was overall, but particularly for the outside portions since it was raining that day. He didn't let the weather interfere with the quality of his work. The property was approximately 5,000 square feet and included a basement, attic and a couple of additions, making it somewhat complex. Kenny looked at every nook and cranny, including every bit of the crawl space taking tons of pictures to support his assessment. He spent time on all the mechanical items and the appliances, thoroughly testing them all. Because of the additions, the roof line was somewhat disjointed, but Kenny made sure he was able to review all surface areas from either/both the inside of the house or the outside. After the inspection, Kenny prepared and sent his report earlier than he had initially estimated. The report was comprehensive, and not only provided valuable information for negotiating the final purchase terms, but will serve as a useful guide for maintenance on the home going forward.

The inspection went well very thorough and very in formative.Information was provided that we have not otherwise known. The inspector took his timedtimed and explained things when questions were asked of him. He was knowledgeable and professional. Will definetly recommend to family and friends.

My home inspection went extremely well. It was nice meeting with Mr. Logan. He arrived at the appointed time which was important to me. The detailed report provided me with information that was very important to me in my decision making process. I've had 2 other inspections done on homes by other inspectors and their reports did not provide the valuable information provided by HQ Home inspections. I would highly recommend.
