Had two appointments (one for quote & other for the work) and they arrived on time or early. Price they quoted was better than other I had received. Everyone I talked to in the office and on the job was pleasant experience. I am happy with the workmanship. Next day they called to ensure everything was okay.. Highly recommended.

Howardaire did a very good job replacing my heat pump. The job was very challenging as they had to retrofit the new air-handler into an existing space. The owner and his workmen were very professional, they showed up on time and always called, well in advance, when things had to be rescheduled. The owner accommodated my schedule and came out on a Saturday to give me as estimate. Although the job required more time and parts than anticipated the owner stuck to the estimate. I am very happy with his company, their service, and the product they put in. I have and will recommend this company to others needing HVAC work. I will also use them again.
