Way above expectation. Their promise and motto is the real deal. The inspection (Keith) was the most thorough of the 3 I had done. His trained eye and experience pointed out some things I hadn't noticed, Explanation of work to be done, diagram of my house with arrows to the drilling and liquid application was clear, complete and left nothing to wonder about. On date of treatment the professional truck/crew arrived early, were well briefed, knew what to do on MY house from the same diagram I saw, went right to work with minimum disruption and when the left I had litle if any clean up. I have trust in this company and feel my house is insulated against the dreaded VA termintes!!! I highly recommend Hickman's for customer Service, price and thorough work. Can not say enough about this experience which I was dreading (noise, mess, time, etc). Thank you Hickman's. Alll staff were friendly, knowledgable, prompt, neat, well breifed/had a plan. Well done! I have been using them for years since having a nightmare of a termite problem. Professional, great job, never have to worry about ants or bugs in the home. Can't speak highly enough of them.

I contacted Hickman about flying termites I found on the side of my house. Within a couple days a Hickman technician came by my house for an inspection. After the inspection the tech clearly explained what was discovered and possible treatment options. He also made me aware of other issues under my house that were not termite related. Treatment was completed a few days later.

I called Hickman to have the home inspected and treated for termites in preparation for buying a bond.  Ordinarily, one has to pay for treatment prior to getting a bond, but Hickman waived the treatment because he said the house showed no evidence of prior problem.   Fantastic service and a pleasure to deal with.

Ed got there late, he was only 2 minutes early. Usually he gets there and has the job done by the time he should arrive. He does a through job, lets me know of any potential concerns (and that they are potential) and offers no bs. If he tells me something, I can pretty much bank it. They know their job, do what is called for and don't try to pad the ticket. I trust them and that is my highest level of recommendation.

We first moved into this house 7 years ago and it had a termite problem that we didn't know it had. When we found it, they were very good. They came out, did the treatment at no expense to use, and kept after it until the termite problem was eliminated. Fortunately there was no structural damage. They were very good about following up and that made me want to stick with them even though they had overlooked the termite problem. They were very apologetic about it, but I thought the handling of that was very good. They are reliable. At a time or two, they sent out guys that I thought were a little bit weird, but they didn't bother me extensively. I wonder if they had prison records.

They do a good job. I like that they never try to push me towards unnecessary repairs.

My experience was great. Everything was great because they were clean and efficient. The treatment worked and it got rid of termites. The price seemed pretty comparable to anybody else doing the same thing. They were very responsive. I had a question after they were done and they got back to me right away. I like them. I would recommend them. I don't have anything to compare their price to. It seemed expensive to me. I would use them again in the future if need be.
