John is very professional & extremely punctual. After checking the problem, he patiently explained why it was best to have the faucet replaced rather than attempting a fix that might not work well. So, I bought the faucet that I wanted and he returned to install it. No money was paid up front and his payment covers just his work. (I paid for the faucet separately). He points out any problem he finds right away. For example, he found that the leak in my sink was caused by an improperly sized strainer. He replaced this with the correct piece at no extra charge. The only problem I had was that the new faucet leaked from the connections that he made. However, he returned to fix this as soon as I called him. He works very deliberately (but steadily) so the repair took a bit longer than I had expected it to take.
