Handy Hands

I contacted Handy Hands to have a new toilet installed. An appointment was made for a week later. Handy Hands never showed up. He never called until late in the afternoon to apologize, stating a family emergency the evening before. We set up a second appointment for the following week. When I returned home from work the evening before our appointment, I found two belated messages on my machine offering to do the job that morning or afternoon. He went on to inform me that he would not be able to do the job as we had scheduled the following day because of the bad weather the previous day. He left me the name of a plumber I could call(not reviewed by Angie's list). I had chosen Handy Hands because of excellent ratings regarding professionalism and punctuality. My experience does not support these ratings.

I highly recommend Handy Hands. He was prompt and thorough. He completed all of the work to my satisfaction and was very friendly. He kept me updated as he was doing each task to let me know how things were going. He cleaned up everything after he was finished. I will use him again whenever I need a handyman.

Mr. Waltner arrived promptly and did a beautiful job. He worked efficiently. I thought the fee was quite reasonable. I am so happy to have found Handy Hands, particularly after having had negative experiences with two other handymen companies.

We've used Handy Hands eight to ten times over the past ten years and he always does a great job. He's decent, reliable and doesn't overcharge. He can do just about any kind of work around the house. It took him about two hours to do this work.

They did a great job. They spent a lot of time on my yard. The $50 was well spent cash. They were so respectful and they always show up on time. They all treat the grass as if it was their own.
