Hallmark Piano Service

Alan showed up exactly on time and worked for hours on my piano (Baldwin). He took everything apart and deep cleaned all components. Then he reassembled everything and did a thorough tuning. My piano has never sounded so good. I am someone who plays roughly two hours most every day, so I can definitely discern the improvement that resulted from this service. I highly recommend this company.

Mr. Hallmark was very professional and "up-front" about the work that the piano needed and the costs. If my grandson decides he wants to continue taking piano lessons, I will follow Mr. Hallmark's advice and trade in the piano for a new one.

Alan was very responsive. I wanted the piano tuned prior to a holiday gathering we had scheduled in December. He made every effort to put us on his schedule to make sure it was completed in time for the party. He also repaired the damper for the soft pedal which had come unglued, in addition to tuning. Given the age of the piano and many moves, he explained existing problems that probably will occur in the future and provided an estimate for that repair, if we chose to go that route. Would hire again.

Alan returns calls in the evening to schedule appointments. He's usually booked a few weeks out, but not too far. I've used him for years. He always arrives right on time and does an outstanding job. Very professional.
