Everything went well, performed services as described; cleaned up after completion; the job was well done.

I have a large walk-in shower which was leaking onto the bathroom floor.  Randy (franchise owner) showed up promptly; called to let me know he was on the way.  He was knowledgeable, and suggested that I have the old grout removed, new grout put in, and caulk (silicone sealant) over the grout.  He pointed out some other things that could be done, but stated that they could be done at a later date.  I appreciated that he didn't try to sell me more than I needed.
Brian showed up on time to do the work.  He, too, called prior to arriving to let me know he was on the way.  He worked very efficiently, and was very well mannered.  He went over the work to be done, so that there would be no misunderstandings, and went over it afterwards to show me what he'd done.  He told me that if any problems showed up later, to call him.
The job took approximately two hours, but Brian didn't waste a moment.  I have the feeling that if I had tackled the job myself, it would have taken at least twice as long.
It was a very good experience, and I would certainly use them again.

They were very good. They were very reasonably priced and they were very professional. They were very prompt and they were here when they said that they would be. Their price was very good and it cost $110 per piece. I definitely knew that I could get it done a lot cheaper if I went to a home improvement store but it would have been a lot of work for me and it was worth it because I didn't know how to do it myself. I did not want to mess it up when I did not know anything about it. It was a lot of work for their price. The quality of work was very good. There were some stains on the floor and they scrubbed it three times in trying to get it up. They were very sweet and very good. I will be calling them again as I need other tiles replaced in another bathroom.
