Simon at Greendale worked with us to design a railing system and had to do some custom metalwork to work around the existing structures. First go was close but not quite. He made sure that modifications and rework was done quickly and came out looking great. Some of it was a one of a kind install and fabrication and he did the extra effort at no additional cost even though additional work and material was needed. We're 100% pleased with the result.

It went very well. I stopped by their location to start the process. I explained what I was looking for and viewed some of the samples they had on site. I made my selection. They came out and took measurements. We discussed a couple of different options.
The staff was very easy to work with. The rails were completed and installed in timely manner. I am very happy with the end results.

Always done fast and well

This railing replacement went very well. Cost is approximated, for it was combined with the cost of the porch posts provided by BNW. After initial measurements, the Greendale rep pointed out that some loose brickwork would need to be replaced and he said he would contact BNW. That work was done promptly and after the railings were fabricated, two installers delivered and installed them in about an hour. All were sized perfectly to fit between existing posts and on the steps.

Went to their showroom and selected railings. They came out and measured and in a few days, installation was complete. Much quicker than I'd thought!

Called for estimate of installing railings for front porch, steps to washroom, step to screened in porch, porch to outside. All had 2 to 3 steps. Andrew came out and gave me an idea what would look best, measured and gave the estimate. I trusted his judgement on what kind of railing would look best. And as it turned out, he was right on. They had to cut the railings to the correct size . Two weeks later the men came to install the railings. They were courteous and professional. It turned out excellent. I would recommend Greendale railing. If I had more railings to put in, I would hire them again.

They came out and gave me an estimate on the job. I went by to drop off a deposit check for the job at their offices. The owner took me out and gave me a tour of the place and was very friendly. They said it might be a week before they could start the job, but they showed up the next day and completed the job. They did a great job on the install and the rails look great too!
