The company did such an awful job I don't even know where to start. They splattered paint all over my floors and when I complained they never came back to clean it. The painted the rain spouts the wrong color, so the ones in the back of the house are one color and the ones in the front another. The unscrewed some spotlights and just left them. They also cut out some old wood and didn't replace it correctly. The whole job was a mess and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.
Description of Work: The company did remodeling work on my house. The remodeling included painting the outside of my house, repairing some rotten wood on the deck, painting some window trims, and painted some rain spouts.

March, called several times, and never returned my calls. Finally reached him, he said call back in April; needed warmer weather. April, called several times, and never returned my calls. Finally got through to his wife, who said he would do it for $700 on April 21. April 21, nobody showed up. Called several times, and never returned my calls. To be fair, our house's paint job looks great, they did a great job of cutting out the rotten support beam and part of the deck and replacing them, and they showed up on time. If they had simply had the courtesy to return my initial phone call and make good on their promises they would have gotten good grades form me. But their inconsideration in not returning calls and not showing up when promised ruined the overall service experience, quality of work (refuse to complete the job), obviously responsiveness, punctuality (last year, yes, this year a total no-show), and professionalism (won't talk to you, a paying customer, if he doesn't want to).
Description of Work: We hired this company to paint the exterior of our house for $3,500. While painting they noticed that there was a rotten support beam behind the siding where the wall meets the back deck. They said they could fix it for $5,500 and I told them to go ahead and do it. After a coat of paint was applied to the house we were told that the job would need a second coat for $1,000. Upon completion of everything, I told the man in charge that there were several places in the back where there were paint blobs on the siding, the top halves of all windows were painted shut, the under-roof spotlights had not been screwed in, and some exterior paint had slopped through to the inside part of our deck doors. They returned, fixed the paint blobs and nothing else. They told me to call in the spring to have the part of the deck which was replaced washed and stained to match the rest of the deck. I figured they could complete the job then.
