Not only were they punctual but extremely courteous, professional, and priced competitively. They called ahead of arrival for the estimate and arrived on time. When they came back to do the work they called ahead to give us a specific arrival time and were on-time and quick to get the job done. I would highly recommend them to anyone else needing glass work.

Requested a quote they were the lowest quote and most detailed I had a cracked window from a stone that hit it. while mowing. The tech came took detailed measurement by taking it apart. They had a replacement sash with in a week. It took 30 minutes to swap it out.

Very careful to avoid damage; cleaned work area before and after work. Followed up with call to make sure all is well.

Glass Doctor was recommended by our remodel contractor. They came and did on site measurements. The rep recommended a door and allowed us to specify the height we wanted. Door took about three weeks to come in. They installed it and did a very professional job. The office staff, particularly Amber, communicate very well. They are always available to answer questions. The quality of the product and the installation is outstanding. We couldn't have asked for nicer. It wasn't the cheapest way to go. But we opted for spending the money as it was a remodel of the bathroom and we wanted it to be top quality. They may have more budget priced options, we just liked what they recommended. We would certainly use them again.

Great, fast service for a reasonable price. Called them on Tuesday, they ordered the windshield and came out to install it the next day. Didn't charge me until the job was completed. Both the phone agent and technician were professional, courteous, responsive, and friendly. Thanks!
