GAYTON ANIMAL HOSPITAL

Our vet is Tracy Lord. They are always excellent. She is very good. We adopt older Labrador Retrievers and she has helped us with them. She is a holistic vet. The prices are reasonable. She is only at Gayton on Tuesdays.

They're great and wonderful. They are kind with the animals. They're just friendly. I've have a nice experience going in there.

I've used GAH for over 25 years. I trust all the vets there and wouldn't take my animals anywhere else. I do use other places for dentals to save a little money, however.

Each staff member clearly loves animals, is knowledgeable, and works hard to give creatures great or small the best healthcare.

They are great. They have two main doctors, Carol Dugan, who specializes in cats. Gene Moon is the other veterinarian that I take my dog to. They have great technicians. It is very clean there. They are up-to-date with technology, which is very nice. There were also very compassionate with putting my previous dog down. I will definitely continue to see them in the future.

The initial visit went fine; thereafter, my mother took the dogs to the vet for the same thing and had a miserable experience. Dr. Dugan is great, though receptionist was incredibly rude. My mom asked if there could be a script written so that we would not have to come back every 6 months for heartworm preventive. Rosemary, the receptionist called my mother back WHILE she was very busy at work and continued her nasty attitude. My mom called me afterwards in tears saying that she couldn't believe someone could be so rude. (...and my mom's a tough cookie to break). That behavior is unacceptable. Though a physician may be great, staff is who customers mainly interact with. My brother called Rosemary and made her apologize to my mom for her behavior. Also, I took Eddy and Lucy elsewhere.
