FIRST CLASS GUTTER CLEANING

David Cooke returned my call requesting service the same day that I left the message.  He performed the work the next day, as committed.  Part way through the job, an unexpected rain storm occurred.  Instead of rushing to finish, he waited out the storm, and thoroughly finished up the job afterwards.  He is thorough, making sure all of the downspouts run clear.  Once he is done, he does a terrific job of cleaning up; afterwards you would never know that he was there (except for the clean gutters!)  I'm not very good about remembering to have the gutters cleaned until they are overflowing with debris; David said he would put my on a call schedule and let me know when it was time to have the service done; which will be very helpful.
I intend to continue to use First Class Gutter's in the future and highly recommend them.

David Cooke of First Class Gutter Cleaning has been cleaning my home's gutters on a regular basis.
He calls to remind me that it is time for cleaning and usuall sets up an appointment within 2 days. He is willing to work with my schedule.
He cleans the gutters and makes sure the drains are running clear. There has never been a problem with First Class Gutter Cleaning leaving a mess behind.
He has also let me know when he sees any trouble spots on my roof.

I was very pleased with the responsiveness of this company. When I phoned, I was told that it would be a week or so before the work could be scheduled as David was out of town. I left my name and telephone number and remember thinking that I would have to follow-up. I was pleasantly surprised when I was contacted (no follow-up on my part) and the work was scheduled and completed within two days. Note: David carefully explained how the work would be done and we discussed payment as well. I authorized the work and came home to find clean gutters and no debris around my home. Very neat work! I look forward to making this my and quot;regularand quot; gutter service.

David cleans my gutters twice a year in the spring and fall... if I forget to call him, he'll call when he knows all the leaves or debris have fallen for the season to ask if I'd like a cleaning. He always cleans up completely after he's done. He is licensed and insured, polite and punctual. If I'm not home, I leave him a check under mat, and if I forget, he'll still clean the gutters and leave me a note to send him the bill.
