We provide Heating and Air Conditioning Solutions for Commercial and Residential Customers. Current number of employee's 2. We use subcontractors when performing larger commercial jobs. We are a Class B Mechanical Contractor: #2705137388. We currently charge a minimum of $75.00 for a service call, and 75.00/hr prorated beyond the first hour. We give 10% discount on all services to Preventative maintenance customers. We Currently have a special on Preventative maintenance- $60.00 per system, per visit when signing a 1 year contract
