Would be nice if this person actually came out to do the work. Came out, we agreed on the price, and he never got back in touch with me. I reached out to him 2x. Would give a 1 star but who knows this person might actually do good work.. if he actually shows up.

I listed a minor vinyl siding repair on Angi, and ESI were the only folks to respond — quickly. We made an appointment for Eddy to look at the project. He arrived on time, appraised the work, and promised to email me a written bid. The bid came that night, and I accepted it. We made an appointment to get the work done a few days later, Eddy and his helper arrived on time, and they did the work in a timely manner, including cleaning up afterwards. I asked them what other work they could do, and they said anything external on the house. I’ll keep them in mind for the future. Fair prices and good work — highly recommended!

Hired ESI Construction to remove all of my front exterior shutters and re-install them since many had come loose over the years. ESI was very professional, prompt, and did an excellent job for a fair price. I highly recommend Eddy and his team from ESI Construction!

This is a start contrast to other contractors I have experienced. Eddy was a great find whom I will refer to anyone who needs work done.

These guys do good quality work but there were some misunderstandings on what was in scope. They were supposed to blow off the gutters. They were also supposed to paint the siding they fixed. Due to some personal issues Eddy was not able to follow up so I gave him some time. But he never showed up so I had to pay for the rest of the work out of pocket. I tried to reach him for more work so that I could apply the money I paid out of pocket to additional repairs. Initially Eddy said he would come to my house and look at the repair. Then he ignored me and never showed up. I think he has potential to be a great contractor but my experience was not good.

Great work on reattaching my shutter. Work was done well and quickly (the day after I contacted him) and was reasonably priced.

I was having an issue with a strip of siding coming off my home. I had others do the repair but none really fixed the problem. Eddy immediately saw the issue and correctly replaced the strip. I am confident we won't have any more problems.

I asked Eddie to fix my deck, just cosmetic work. His people used the wrong kind of nails, did not replace the boards correctly and had poor craftsmanship. I attempted to call him several times to get him to fix it, and after 3 messages, he calls back and says he will get to it next week sometime. That was 2 weeks ago.

Terrible job and service. Would never use them again.

I hired ESI for a small job, to repair one shingle that fell off my roof during a recent storm. They came the next day to give me an estimate, and went ahead and actually fixed it on the spot. Am satisfied.
