I feel she listened to my needs and offered encouragement ( and constructive criticism ) during the exercises. The exercises fit my particular needs and were built upon or changed each session. Camille is easy to work with, knowledgeable in her area and accessible.

There was never a condescending moment as I asked the most basic of questions about bicycle mechanics, parts and function. Every few months, they asked that I bring the bike back in and "spin" on a trainer for a while so they could evaluate how my fitness level changed the fit of the bike so that the proper minor adjustments could be made (at no charge). As my fitness level increased and my knowledge and skill level rose, they were not only with me every step of the way to encourage and support, they actually talked me out of unnecessary purchases. Road biking is a sport that affords a lot of opportunity to spend A LOT of money, and while they are happy to take it where appropriate, they have proven to me time and again that they'd rather have my respect and long standing relationship than a quick sale. I've recently sustained a serious injury unfortunately, but hopefully, they will be able to get me through that too (fingers are crossed). There are other shops in town, and I've been to them all...Endorphin does the industry proud, and you don't have to worry about getting pick pocketed the moment you walk through the door for the purpose of a quick sale.
