Over time, we saw that there was peeling and cracks in the siding. It was difficult to regulate the temperature in the home. We could never get the house warm enough or cool enough.  Dunn Construction gave me the best estimate to replace my siding. The options were endless. My home was the typical colonial with white vinyl siding. It's now grey with black shutters and a wonderful full country porch. The company installed all new insulation with the new siding.
While updating the siding, Mr. Dunn found that the wooden porch that was originally on the home was rotting. The porch was in need of replacement/repair as well. All the work was completed in a quick and professional fashion.

When taking down my window decorations after Christmas, I notices that the wooden frames on the upstairs windows had started to rot. My concern was how much longer could the windows be scraped, painted and recaulked before it just didn't make sense to keep putting money into them. I have a colonial style home and cleaning the upstairs windows was quite a chore. I either had to use a ladder or climb out on the roof to my front porch. I called Dunn Constuction to discuss replacement windows. Randy Dunn came to my home and brought samples of windows that would suit my needs and be in price range. The estimate was very reasonable and comparable to other companies. In just a couple of weeks after accepting his offer, the windows were ordered, delivered and installed.
