Excellent! We were getting water backing up in our back yard and seeping into the basement, a condition exacerbated by our terraced yard & deterioration of existing drain pipe system. Since Mr. Pressel's work, we've been bone dry. Mr. Pressel was present for the work. His bid was mid-range of several we received. His solution to our problem was innovative and successful. He is polite, professional, and timely.

Excellent. One area of the yard was more or less wet all year round. I had three people come out, but only Drainage Specialists found the source of the problem, water retained at the foundation because of blocked (crushed) drain tile. They came out promptly, were extremely neat, explained to me what they were doing and why, and left the area in an amazingly good condition, I could hardly tell they had even dug in the yard at all. Even the mulch and sod was nearly perfect.
