Fantastic! Very impressed. I respect the fact that they will not use any chemicals.

The woman came to clean the house on time, the owner was supposed to meet with me at the end of the cleaning to discuss everything including future cleanings, she didn't show up. I spoke to her on the phone. The job was done okay, the cleaning lady was nice, but there were many places I felt should be cleaner. Mirrors not wiped down and faucets not cleaned well, just things here and there. Nothing terrible, but could have been better. I emailed the owner to tell her I wouldn't be using her any more, she responded, not so kindly when I told her I found someone who I really like and I'm happy with their work and will be using them. She has also responded to people I know and their reviews very negatively and very unprofessionally. I would NOT recommend to anyone.

Excellent, they were great as usual!

Robyn is punctual and professional. She is very thorough. I have had several people clean my home in the past and none have cleaned my home as well as Robyn. I have no concern about leaving my home while she is cleaning. I plan to continue to use Domestic Touch and Robyn as my cleaner.

I purchased a deal through Living Social with Domestic Touch. It was the absolute worst business experience I've ever had. I hired Domestic Touch after the first cleaning. They came a total of 4 times.
1st Cleaning:  Purchased Living Social and had the first cleaning. We were happy with the service and paid the amount above the Living Social promotion. No problem.
2nd Cleaning:  The house was not cleaned and we complained.  Kim (owner) explained that the girl she sent to clean our house had had a death in the family. Said there would be no charge for the cleaning. I felt bad for the cleaning girl and asked that she send an invoice anyway, which I paid.  We have that conversation on Facebook.
3rd Cleaning:  We were informed that Kim was going to come by with Robin (cleaning lady) to inspect the cleaning, but did not do so.  The house was not cleaned well again.  
4th Cleaning:  We came home and the house looked as those it hadn't been cleaned at all. No floors were wiped down, mopped or vacuumed, there was dust, dirt, and debris in every room of the house. By far the worst of the 4 "cleanings".  
I have pictures from the 4 "cleaning". There were piles of hair, dust and dirt in both bathrooms, the living room and kitchen. There was still mold in the bathtub of one bathroom, jelly on the dining room table, the couch wasn't vacuumed, windows in doors were never touched (all four times) and screened in porch was never touched. All of which Kim, the owner confirmed would be done.
In my initial with Kim she said her normal routine was to drop off the cleaning ladies, pick them and do a final inspection every time. Not one time did this happen.
To make matters worse Kim had a key to my house, which she withheld. I asked for it multiple times, my husband I requested for a date and time of when the key would be delivered but Kim never gave us an answer. We were worried that she may not ever give it back and if she did she could've easily made copies. I ended up having to re-key all of the locks in my house, costing me $157.

Obviously I would recommend that no one ever use her services!

I checked Anjies list for a professional house cleaning company that used natural products and found Domestic Touch. I called this am  and they sent someone right over!
