Called company for a AC tune up and got an appointment the same day. Eric came on time and did only the necessary tune up eg clean the coil, etc.  He did not try to sell unnecessary service for my 15 years old AC.

Everything went great.  We were at the beach house about a week after the job was completed and are very satisfied customers.
Plus, our electric bill will be much lower!!

It was great. I called them one day and they showed up the next. It was quick and they were really thorough. It was really inexpensive for what he did. He was very honest and very good at what he did. Instead of doing what I asked immediately, he actually researched the problem to make sure that he got to the root of the problem. He was really, really quick. I would absolutely use him again.

Eric is amazing. First, with the emergency service, he came right over when our heat went out due to a bad blower. He was able to obtain and install it within a few hours. Most recently, we mentioned to him we were having trouble with the upstairs being significantly warmer than the downstairs during the summer. He suggested a gable fan - which he installed in just a few minutes. Now there's no noticeable difference in temperature between the two floors. Another contractor had suggested dual-zone heat pumps - thousands of dollars. It's obvious from talking to Eric that he enjoys the work and does it "the right way." No evidence of shortcuts at all. He's a wealth of information and is very practical in its application. If you're looking for an electrician or heating/ac system guy you can trust, I highly recommend Eric.
