"Customer hired me to clean out pond and replace pump which was completed to customer’s satisfaction. I was paid $450.00. When I left the job the new pump was working and the pond was clean. The customer seemed satisfied. Customer called the following day and said that her pump wasn’t working. I responded promptly and determined that the pump was working by running an extension cord from her house to the pump, but that source near the pond was malfunctioning. I tried to tell the customer that she would need a licensed electrician to fix her problem, but I was not given a chance. She yelled at me to leave the job right then. I left as she requested. I do not believe a refund is warranted because I completed the pond cleaning and pump replacement as originally contracted."

He was here for less than 4 hours and he charged me $690.00. I am recently widowed and felt intimidated to write the check. He never said anytime within the 4 hours that the bill was recently. I paid him, which makes me angrier. The one thing he did offer was to come back and make a free service call which is $75.00. I just don’t want to let him back in my yard after what all I have been through with him, I don't know the next hidden fee is coming from.
