Mr. Daniels arrived as scheduled, and after an introduction to the variety of projects, he worked quickly on the small repair projects. When he went to replace the ceiling light bulbs, he discovered that I had the wrong bulbs. He determined what additional materials we might need and made a quick run to the store. He returned the incorrect bulbs and had the amount due credited to my card, and purchased the new materials with cash I had given him. He made the whole trip quickly, and returned with the correct change and receipts. After installing all the light bulbs, he removed batteries from the non-functioning security system and put new batteries in the smoke detectors. At his home overnight he repaired a dining room chair (he needed special tools) and created a painted block of wood to use in the door closure project. The next day he returned the repaired chair and finished installing the door closure. Everything was very well done, and we are discussing future projects.

Mr. Daniels replaced the flushing mechanism in the tank which eliminated the leak. Problem solved! I'm very happy with the work he performed and would definitely use him again!

He does a great job. I have used his services in the past and have been very happy.

I chose him the first time because he gave me a fair quote and he was very personable. He would do as much as I wanted him to do; I am pretty handy and I have handy family members, so he would do whatever I couldn't do. He was very easy to work with, and I will probably use him again in the future.

Currently he's removing wall paper and preparing it for paint, fixing a garage door broken hinge, fixing a stair, replacing warped boards and he's done some caulking in the tub. They were reasonably priced. The staff was very professional, respectful, very honest and if we're trying to figure out work he's very forth right in telling us if it's something that needs to be repaired. He's very responsive. His workmanship is very good. His timeliness is also very good. He has also fixed a deck and hand rails on a deck.

Danny was very punctual and thorough. He is extremely pleasant to deal with. He will do however much of the work that you want. (I wanted to do the tiling myself). He performed the work as agreed upon. He returned to do a few touch ups. I was extremely pleased with the end result. I will continue to employ Danny with any improvements/repairs that I may have.

He is wonderful. His prices are reasonable. He is flexible. We have a property quite some distance away. We can give him the key and he can take care of things for us. If we need him within a certain time frame, he will work within that. When a tenant leaves, we can use his services to ensure that everything is ready to rent it out within a short period of time. We did not know him before we contacted him. We are very happy with him. We will continue to use his services in the future.

He cut the hole for the solar tube in the wrong place. He ended-up patching it and painting it, but it still shows up. He finished the project, but unfortunately he was the only one in my area who could do that type of work. He was professional and offered to fix the mistake, but I don't feel he should have made the mistake in the first in the first place.

They did an excellent job. The work was completed within 2 weeks. Because this was an insurance claim, there was nothing out of pocket. We chose them because they were the first to respond and stayed in budget that the insurance expected. They were always on time and showed wonderful workmanship. I would be happy to recommend this company and would hire them back.

He came by my house before I went to work, even though that was early in the morning before his first appointment. He fixed the door in a matter of minutes. He then bought the other items and returned and installed them. I will definitely use him again.

We had a little trouble getting our schedules together to meet for the estimate, but once I told him to start he was on the project. He was able to do all the little projects in 2 visits. He left no mess, and everything was put back exactly where it was. I have already told him I will be calling on him again.

I called Dan Daniels on a Monday and he performed the work the following day. He was very polite and amiable on the phone. My son had backed his truck into my mailbox post, breaking it off below ground level. (It was rotted anyway.) Mr. Daniels removed and hauled away all the old pieces, and planted the new post I had purchased and primed. He hardly disturbed the grass around the area. The area was left looking very neat and clean. He would have attached the new mailbox and the house numbers to both sides of the post, but I asked him not to, as I wanted to caulk and paint it myself.

Dan came promptly at 10:00am as he promised. He worked quickly and was very friendly. He even let my dog Rocky out for me. He is very honest and I totally feel comfortable leaving him at my house while I am not there.
