CONTINENTAL POOLS INC

This went fairly well at the beginning with the company coming out as scheduled and charging as agreed except they did not give us the 24 hour heads-up that they stated they would do. The problem comes in when we later inspected the work done and realized this company was in over their heads because the cover was not installed correctly. We did not note this immediately so the leaves blew into the pool making it much harder when spring opening time came. When we called to try to get them to open the pool and mentioned the issue with the cover, they declined to do the work related to getting the additional leaves out of the pool without being paid additional for it. Simply put, we feel that this company probably does acceptable work on simple pools, but does not have the right workers who can handle the more complex pool/spa combinations that are out there.
