I have the email traffic between the provider and myself during both incidents.  I do not think it would show good manners on me if I were to post the entire incident.  In my first responseI bragged on this providders professionalism, work ethics and how he took care of everything so I did not have to worry.  Once I move back home I began to notice little things that were out of place to me.  I sent a text message asking for receipts, the rest of the pain and asked him to call when he got a free moment.   He said he would send receipts but he believed the paint was discarded .  He asked what mistakes and told me of the hit he took on tje work he did on my carpet and doors and other work he did at my house.  He told me what he did went beyond what other contractors would have done.  I told he sound like he had an attitude and asked him why?  I told him I did not see this part of him before.  I explained I took money from my personal account while waiting for payment from mortgage company that he refused to give back even when the check came in because he was owed that money upon completion of the job.  When the provider told me of the extra cost of the carpet I was not going to get it then I told him to get it any way and he (provider) volunteered to help pay the difference even though that is not what I ordered than he told me to take it up with the store I ordered from.  I told him I would contact him when he was in a better mood.  He told me he did not realize he was being negative and explained why then said he would see what he could do.  I was given a 12 month warranty, which the provider does not want to honor.  I contacted the provider today, 21 Feb 14 attitudes are still in the air. He contacted my mortgage company and sent them receipts of the work he did in the upstairs bathroom.  I told him he did not have to because they do not have anything to do with that bathroom I paid for that out of my own money.  I also told him to go ahead because I do not have anything to hide.  I would not recommend this provider to anyone.  Very unprofessional.

Christian Construction did a major renovation project in our home.  They showed up on time, were courteous, cleaned up at the end of each day,  completed the project on time and within budget - and did excellent work - with a great sense of humor!  It was a very positive experience.  We have referred them to many others as well as hired them to repair damage resulting from a house fire.
