The visit went well. Sprayed in house and around house on the outside. I have not seen ants in the house since

Was not home during treatment, but I could see the evidence that the work was performed. I wanted to negotiate a lower price if the neighbors went in with me. (I live in a townhouse community.) They did, and the price was as negotiated, and the warranty was better than expected.

He was very polite on the phone and quick to respond. He was knowledgeable and professional.When he came to the house he told me what he planned to do and how long it would take. He left a certificate of inspection for my warranty along with a bill. He did the warranty and yearly inspections for my parents home for years. They loved him. I would recommend him to anyone.

It went very well. I compared 4 different termite companies for prices and how they do their inspection. He was the most honest. His price was good - I felt it was fair. He was also very polite and professional. He was very thorough with his inspection and very thorough with the chemical treatment.

Chem shield is a very honest company they never come out and tell you that you have bug problems unless you actually do. The inspections they do are very good and when they are done they give you a copy of the report.
