Very well. He squeezed me into his schedule based on the fact that a new tenant had to move in. The carpets looked healthy again. There were many pet spots that he was able to get rid of. There were no negative comments from the new tenant. Thanks Charlie!

He's a little higher than most but he's well worth it. The owner comes out and does the work and they get out stains that another national company couldn't touch. The carpets look beautiful. I thought we were going to have to rip them out and put in hardwood or something.

Perfect. Very responsive to getting back with me and scheduling me prior to a tenant moving into the house. The carpet looked great after the cleaning which is the end goal. I would highly recommend Certi-Green. Very professional and I can only say positive things about this experience.

Imagine that you're at work and your 13 year old daughter calls to tell you that the dog pooped on the large rug in your kitchen. Ok. There have been worse problems. But, wait there's more... The robotic vacuum magically woke up and spread the poop all through your first floor. We're talking hard wood, wool rugs and carpet. Can we say "Dear Lord"!

Certi-Green and Charlie to the rescue! Charlie listened to my story, said he would come, and showed up. Despite being over-booked, he extended his day, and came at 6:30. Charlie is serious about his business, but he is also fun and funny. He diligently went about his work, explaining everything he was doing and making the best of a bad situation.

Would I call Charlie again? In a heartbeat. He made me feel like my home was clean again.

Certi-Green Carpet Care arrived exactly on time, they were well prepared, wearing smiles even early in the morning. They scared me a little bit by showing me what my carpet looked like under black light, but then the difference was all the more exciting!

Charles, the owner was extremely responsive and was able to clean the carpet the day I requested a quote. It even started snowing, and he stayed until the job was done. 
He was extremely professional and the quality of the work was very good.  They left everything very neat and the carpet looked brand new despite years of wear and tear. 
Would highly recommend to anyone and will be using him again when I need.

He is very professional and personable, constantly set expectations, and met those expectations. I would definitely use him again, and would highly recommend him! He is also a very educated person, has great communication skills, and he knows his carpets!
