I called on a Thursday and spoke to an associate and told her what I needed done. I told her it could be done today or Friday but I wanted the store rekeyed before the weekend. She told me it would probably be done tomorrow which was fine. However, I received a call on Thrs. afternoon from the technician that he could be here in about an hour and I said that was fine. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional in rekeying the store plus giving me the number of duplicate keys needed. It was a very smooth transaction.

I called and they were busy, and the receptionist was genuinely apologetic and helpful, offering great advice. I stopped in later at the right time and was able to get my Schlage lock rekeyed and three keys cut in less than ten minutes.

We have a large back yard and Minor's worked very efficiently and did an excellent job. The first day they dug post holes and when they returned they completed our fence in one day. The fence is beautiful and it has stayed put.

I have no complaints with Capitol's work. The technician arrived promptly and was very professional. All the locks work well. I did not comparison shop, so I have no basis to compare Capitol's prices, but they seemed a bit pricey ($65 service call plus $11/cylinder).
