We initially experienced the "phase out" on a Friday evening. Of course we had no idea what the problem was. We called the building construction supervisor and he referred us to this company. We called that same evening and received a recorded message that since there was no one in the office to leave an email. They supposedly track the emails. Apparently they called us in the early AM and we were not near the phone. They left no message and did not follow up. We sat with out power for most of the house for the weekend. We sent several emails and called a number of times and left messages. On Monday morning I called the building construction supervisor again and explained that we had no response from them. At that point our home builder called this company and then they immediately called only to explain that it sounded like a "phase out" and referred us to the local electrical utility company. I understand it had nothing to do with their work, but the lack of response from them was unacceptable. A later problem with the dryer circuit switching off resulted in no response at all from them after our initial call. I have not tried to call them back. If you need electrical work done I would be very cautious about using this company. They are very poor at responding to your calls or emails.
Description of Work: This provider was contracted by the builder of our new home to install the electricals. We had what turned out to be a "phase out" and the local electric utility company was the responsible party in this case. On a later matter we have problems with a circuit for our dryer that keeps tripping
