Budget Truck Rental

I've used Budget Truck Rental before but not this particular office. I went there in person first to make the reservation but the rep told me that I had to reserve online. Since their primary business was storage, they were only able to process truck rentals once they'd gotten reservations online via the Budget Truck site. So I went home and reserved a 16-footer online. When I went back a week later to pick up the truck Saturday morning, I had to wait for about 10 minutes. The same rep was the only one there who could process rentals and he was helping another customer at the time. But once he got to me, the process moved pretty quickly, and he was very friendly and direct. When another customer came in after me to return his truck, the rep made it clear that I had to be helped first.
